- Your order should arrive between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday-Saturday excluding public holidays.
- Special delivery requests: Please specify these in the “Order Comments and Special Requests” field when filling in your shipping details.
- When shipping to a P.O. Box address please provide your residential address in your customer details.
- If you miss your delivery a card will be left in your letterbox with instructions on how to pick up your parcel or to attempt a redelivery.
- Delivery times: Europe: 7 – 14 working days. USA: 10 – 28 working days. Rest of the world: Up to 35 days depending on country. (This is just a guide)
- Some items are opened prior to shipping to ensure the contents are correct and safe to ship.

- No responsibility will be held by Fish Food Online for items stopped at customs of your country or for any charges made by your country for import tax.
- Delivery charges are included in the price of the items.
- If we find the postage has decreased we will refund this back to your Paypal account.
- All orders are shipped with Thai Post by Registered Air Mail and will need a signature on receipt of the item.
- All orders will be dispatched the next day after payment has cleared.
- All items are subject to availability for both stock on hand and suppliers stock levels.
- Back ordered or Pre-Ordered items are also subject to the availability of our suppliers.
- There may be circumstances beyond our control that means we may not be able to fulfil your order in whole or in part so in these cases we will contact you by email and offer you alternative options such as a refund or similar product.
- If deemed necessary we reserve the right to refuse any order or any part of an order.
Refunds & Exchanges
- All refunds will be made by PayPal. There may be a 2-3 day delay for the transaction to show up on your account.
- If any order is cancelled there will be a $5.00 administration charge deducted from the refund.
- In the unfortunate case where your product is defective then please contact us immediately.
At the discretion of the Fish Food Online we will:
– Give you a refund for the defective product or
– Exchange it for the same product
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Ensure the product(s) is unused, intact and in a suitable state to be resold.
- If the product is damaged in transit then it cannot be accepted as an exchange by Fish Food Online.
- Shipping costs from the original purchase will not be refunded.
